At the beginning of
2006 it dawned on Jenny that opening a chocolaterie was her calling and we, the
public are the beneficiaries of her adventure into her travels researching the
chocolate market and chocolaterie outlets overseas.
Jenny attended several courses, tested many recipes and convinced her son Marc to become her business partner and persuaded her gorgeous husband to pay for it all!! Since their inception in 2007, their business has grown substantially and is now well known throughout Gauteng for its first class chocolates and cupcakes.
Melt uses the highest quality natural ingredients obtainable and sticks to traditional methods of excellent hand-made chocolates. Their clientele include regulars who frequent the coffee shop so often that they have accounts!
